HIGH SCHOOL POSTERS
SCHOOL POSTER SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT

This agreement is between High School Posters ("HSP") and ______________________________ ("School"), located at ________________________________________________, dated __________________.

1. TERM
One school year covering three poster seasons: Fall, Winter, and Spring (school year: __________________).

2. WHAT HSP PROVIDES — AT NO COST TO THE SCHOOL
HSP will design, print, and deliver full-color sports schedule posters each season in the following proposed quantities:

• 1,000 posters at 11 × 17 inches
• 750 posters at 18 × 24 inches
• 500 posters at 24 × 36 inches

HSP will also provide a proposed $1,000 contribution to the School's athletic fund for the school year, paid within 30 days of the Fall poster delivery.

All design work, printing, and delivery are provided at no cost to the School.

3. WHAT THE SCHOOL PROVIDES
• Official team schedules for each season by the agreed deadline.
• School name, mascot, colors, and approved logo files for poster design.
• One round of design approval per season, completed within five business days.
• Display of the posters on campus in agreed locations such as hallways, gyms, and field houses.

4. SPONSORS
HSP sells advertising placements on the posters to local businesses. Sponsor payments go to HSP and fund the free poster program and proposed athletic-fund contribution. The School may suggest local businesses but is not required to sell advertising.

5. COST
The School pays $0. There is no cost to the School for the poster program described in this draft.

6. CANCELLATION
Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice before a season's design deadline. Posters already printed remain the School's to keep.
